Work Principle and Features of the Machine

4. Wide packing range and easy adjustment to realize the swift switch between different sizes of cartons;

5. There is no need to change any mould while changing the carton size; what you need to do is just adjust the values;

6. Able to work together with robot arm/manipulator to realize automatic encasing or just manual encasing;

7. Tilt-up protection hood available as per customer’s requirement;

8. It can be linked to bagging machines, bottling machines, filling machines, labeling machines, coding machines, on-line weigher and many other machines to fulfill the production requirement of the complete line;

9. Various types of automatic feeding and encasing system can be designed as per the actual requirement of the product;

10. Hot-melt glue applicator optional for the sealing of cartons and mechanical brush gluing for sealing.
