For bulk materials delivery, trucks or containers are usually used to tranport them directly from one pace to another and further transshiped via ports, harbours or stations. However, with the market demand change and emphasis of environment protection, there is need to package some bulk materials into bag weighing such as 25 kg or 50 kg. Therefore, to pack such material or product at the storage yard at train station, river port or sea harbour is a best choice for the producer or trader.

Hongsen Intelligent has been in the packaging automation machinery design and manufacuture since 2004 dated back to our predecessor Wuxi Litian. At present, our available packaging machinery covers a lot of standard model machines and non-standard equipment, including everything from semi-automatic and full-automated open-mouth bag packaging machine, valve bag packaging machine, FFS bag packaging machine, VFFS pouch packaging machine, case packer to mechanical palletizing machine, robotic palletizer, stretch hooding machine, as well as mobile packaging and palletizing line.

We started the develop of our mobile packaging system in 2017, since noticing the actual need to package materials right at the origin or distribution center. This type mobile packaging and palletizing line is actually a movable "factory" container on wheels which can be driven to any location for material and products processing.

The machinery and conveying system inside the trailer is of really compact design, which has successfully past our feasibility and reliability tests. The line is mainly composed of the "modules" as shown below:

1. FFS form-fill-seal packaging machine, the tubular film can be replenished by a forklift at one openable end of the trailer and material feeding unit can also be added as per site condition and customer requirement;

2. Robot palletizing system, special design and application to enable it to work in a trailer;

3. Additional stretch wrapping machine can also be integrated into the trailer for further complete the processing;

4. Conveying system, including roller conveyors, turn table, lowering device, etc. The full pallets then will be discharged to the exit of the packaging line at the determined opening of the trailer and picked up by a forklift to be loaded unto trucks or into containers.

Our mobile packagig trailer is applicable in the packing of powders, granules, fertilizer, cement, coal, aggregates, animal feed, etc.
